Automatic LetsEncrypt Certificates

LetsEncrypt certificates are generated for all domains on all our shared/reseller hosting platforms once per day if they meet the following requirements:

• DNS correctly resolves
  • Domain NS records point to the NS servers in the welcome mail; or
  • Domain A records (and any sub domain A records) correctly point to our hosting platform's IP address
• No access rules have been setup that could block the verification process to the /.well-known/ path

Should any of the above fail, a retry would occur within 72 hours.

Should domain control be demonstrated with the above requirements being met, the certificate will automatically be issued by the system.

Certificates are renewed automatically before expiry should the above requirements be met.
